Boxer and Capps Demand EPA Documents
on BHP Cabrillo Port Project

Washington, DC -- U.S. Senator Barbara Boxer, (D-Calif.), Chairman of the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works, and U.S. Representative Lois Capps (D-CA 23) today wrote to the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency and requested documents related to recent EPA decisions regarding the Clean Air Act and the BHP Cabrillo Port project.
