WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, U.S. Senator Tom Carper (D-Del.), Chairman of the Senate Environment and Public Works (EPW) Committee, and Ranking Member Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) announced subcommittee assignments for the 117th Congress.
