On Tuesday afternoon, May 22, 2007, at 2:30 p.m. EDT, the full committee will hold a hearing entitled "Examining the Case for the California Waiver," exploring California’s petition to regulate global warming pollution from vehicles and its ramifications for other states.  Tuesday’s witnesses will be the Honorable Edmund G. If you can’t attend next week’s hearings in person, we’ll have a live video webcast through the Committee website, https://www.epw.senate.gov.  The website’s also the place to find witnesses’ testimony, along with audio and video archives and Senators’ opening statements from past hearings.
As always, don’t hesitate to contact me directly if you have questions.
