The Environment and Public Works Committee hearing, “Examining of the Case for the California Waiver: An Update from EPA,” scheduled for Thursday, June 21, has been POSTPONED because Senator Boxer is returning to California to be with her son and his wife as they await the arrival of their first child.

Senator Boxer is scheduling a call with Administrator Johnson for Thursday to discuss the status of California ’s waiver request.

We expect to reschedule the hearing for the earliest possible date.
