U.S. Senator Mike Rounds (R-S.D.), Chairman of the Senate Environment and Public Works (EPW) Subcommittee on Superfund, Waste Management, and Regulatory Oversight, announced today he will chair a subcommittee hearing on June 29, 2016, at 2:30 p.m. ET, entitled “Oversight of U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Enforcement and Compliance Programs.” The purpose of the hearing is to conduct oversight related to Environmental Protection Agency enforcement actions.
