WASHINGTON, DC – The U.S. Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works (EPW) will hold a hearing on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at 10:00 AM ET in SD 406 entitled, “Oversight Hearing: The President’s FY 2016 Budget Request for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC).” The purpose of the hearing is to examine the president’s budget request for the U.S. NRC, fee recovery, and management issues.
