a mechanism

settlement

Bird Refuge

shore
of the

Salt Lake,

To designate
the United
States
courthouse
located
at 100
Federal
Plaza
in Central
Islip,
New York,
as the
"Alfonse
M. D'Amato
United
States
Courthouse".
To authorize
the Secretary
of the
Interior
to provide
assistance
to the
State
of Maryland
and the
State
of Louisiana
for implementation
of a program
to eradicate
or control
nutria
and restore
marshland
damaged
by nutria.
To authorize
the Secretary
of the
Interior
to acquire
the property
in Cecil
County,
Maryland,
known
as Garrett
Island
for inclusion
in the
Blackwater
National
Wildlife
Refuge.
To amend
the John
F. Kennedy
Center
Act to
authorize
the Secretary
of Transportation
to carry
out a
project
for construction
of a plaza
adjacent
to the
John F.
Kennedy
Center
for the
Performing
Arts.
