Update: Senate Floor Debate continues this Week on the EPW Committee’s Bipartisan Surface Transportation Reauthorization Bill, MAP-21 (Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century, S.1813)

The Senate will continue debate today on S.1813, Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century (MAP-21). The legislation, which reauthorizes the nation’s surface transportation programs for two years, passed the EPW Committee unanimously in November 2011. The current surface transportation authorization is set to expire on March 31.
