07/06/2012 President Obama signs into law the Surface Transportation Reauthorization Bill, Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century (MAP-21)

Today at 4:55pm ET, President Obama will sign into law Chairman Boxer and Ranking Member Inhofe's Surface Transportation Reauthorization Bill, MAP-21. Congress passed the bill on June 29, with overwhelming bipartisan support, as part of a legislative package that included provisions related to student loans and flood insurance.
