In this time of war, our troops rely on their training to defend the United States. Unfortunately, the ability to train our troops has been diminished in some cases by environmental laws. This problem will only get worse over time unless addressed immediately. Already the Armed Services ability to train has been seriously undermined by a court-ordered injunction as a result of environmental litigation - litigation that seeks to extend current law beyond what was intended by Congress.
