Statement of Malcolm Bowekaty

I, Malcolm B. Bowekaty, hereby state to the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works that I am willing to appear at the request of any duly constituted committee of Congress as a witness. Furthermore, I know of no matters currently that would put me in a conflict of interest with the Board of Trustees should I be confirmed by the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works.

I believe that I will fulfill the position with honor and dignity. I sincerely appreciate the opportunity to serve on the Board of the Morris K. Udall Scholarship and Excellence in National Environmental Policy Foundation.
